COVID ’19 and Mariners Lodge

Our meeting schedule is being dictated by our Governor’s Executive Orders as regards public gatherings. Our events up to and through June 6th stand to be cancelled unless the restrictions lift before then. I along with advice from other 20th District Masters and RW Vince, DDMG are putting together guidelines for soft openings when we can resume labor. The finer details will be released later, but the preliminary thought is to practice social distancing in the Lodge and leave it up to the individual Brother to wear protective measures.I will keep you informed as we get closer to getting back to Lodge.

Any Brother will be happy to assist you if you plan on stopping by.

Mentoring and Progression

Mentoring and Progression isn’t just about being able to remember something. It is also learning the meaning behind what you are saying. Whether you’re a past grand officer or a newly initiated Entered Apprentice, come join us for fellowship, Brotherhood and Education.

Dinner is not served. However, please let us know if you wish to line up an easy dinner. (Pizza or subs)

Entered Apprentices, Fellowcrafts and Master Masons studying their required work should attend when possible. All others welcome.

Memorial Day

In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.

We are the Dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved, and now we lie
In Flanders fields.

Take up our quarrel with the foe:
To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high.
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders fields.

Our Annual Saint Patrick’s Dinner was a rousing success. Our thanks to everyone who came out, helped out, and spend the night with us.
